Excellent service minded team. I bring my 2010 VW Passat in regularly for maintenance, they are always quick and affordable in getting the work done and the car back to me. They now incorporate the internet in posting video of the work that needs to be done so you can see the problems and approve the work without having to travel back to the shop. For an old guy I'm really liking this aspect of modern technology.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this service .nI needed to have my car serviced, so I wrote to the service center about what needed to be done. The manager then asked for the vehicle registration number. However, since the car is not registered in Sweden, they asked for my phone number. I sent them my phone number and mentioned that I could provide the car's VIN number, but I never received a response. Maybe they will reply in a week or a month .
It is so complicated to do anything here. Everything is slow. If you book service via phone there is a big risk you will get in trouble. I got the wrong time for the appointment some, some extra waiting time.nWaiting for the desk guys is painfull, literally some of them take a 10 min break in between every customer they talk to.nThey offer you breakfest but it is not want is needed. Seriously, 1:30h to change oil? And i had a booked timeslot.

Positive and helpful place with quick service time. Possibility to have the car fixed within a week was also good.nnI was well informed what needed fixing and now everything is working like it should! Strong recommendation!
