I loved my stay here! I was here for a conference, so had 4 nights here.nThe room felt cosy, clean and well maintained. The bath towels were HUGE!! Very cosy to engulf myself in!nThere is a little fridge in the room too if you need. Hair-dryer and warm towel drying rack in the bathroom.nnThe whole hotel was well maintained and fresh in my opinion, which is no small feat considering it is so big!!!nnThe staff were super lovely and always friendly. Very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed interacting with them.nnThe meals were pretty good. Some more stand out than others, but always fresh salad available. Breakfast was extensive with hot and cold options. Plenty of hot drinks available too.nnThe swimming pool is awesome! Good size and with a spa section and also training area to swim against the tide. Many deck chairs and a wonderful view out to the ski jump. The mural on the wall is also beautiful.nnI didn't get photos of all the facilities, so I'm sure you can find some on their website. They had many very nice classrooms for our meetings and with beautiful views all around. The gym was big andnnThe location by the lake and at the start of many walking trails through the forest...it was magic! The trails are lit up at night too, so you have access at all times!!!nnWould love to stay here again!

I ended up having to stay at this hotel due to my flight being cancelled. KLM booked me into this hotel as it was one of their preferred hotels. I must admit, looking at the photos on google, I thought this was going to be a lovely hotel. Upon arrival 20:13 I was treated by 3 member staff of reception. They were very efficient with handing me my room key and explaining the procedure for dinner, breakfast and check out.nnDinner was okay; I had a hamburger and fries.nnUnfortunately I missed breakfast, so I am unable to review this. However, as stated earlier on in my review, the hotel staff were very accommodating and offered me the chance to have lunch instead as part of my booking, which I accepted.nnThe lunch was very nice; I had the selection from the salad bar and also the fish and potatoes main from the buffet selection.nnI had forgotten my charger adaptor and the hotel staff allowed me to use theirs, again another positive for the staff.nnDuring my day at the hotel I decided to explore my surroundings, there is nothing around here for miles. If you are happy staying in the hotel for the duration of your stay then this is perfect. If you like going out, expect to pay for taxis.nnAll in all, I would only recommend this hotel for the friendly and accommodating staff. The surrounding area and the decor of the hotel is not the best

Amazing! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, the gym, pool and spa were great. Will definitely use this again.

Never again!!!nnFirst of all, the pictures a Not true. The Hotel Managerin is very unpleasant. Wenn we asked about the room, she reacted very unprofesional agresive. Two beds room is a room with one bed and one couch. If you expect to arrive outside check-in and check-out hours, please inform the property in advance, an extra cost of 250 SEK per room will be added to your room rate. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible.

Beautiful, peaceful place. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The food was excellent. Paths in the wood for wlking, jogging, skiing.
