City Airport Hotel Gothenburg

Nice, little hotel,- not far from Göteborg and the main road! Friendly staff. Bikers welcome; we were offered to park our bikes inside a locked door! Close to an aitport, but only small planes, we encountered no problems w noise.

We stayed at this hotel for almost 1week.nnIf you have to reach the hotel by taxi it can cost you more than 500 kroner .nThe location of the hotel is good for people travelling by car, but a little out of place for those who are not driving. But you can get a bus from the Goteborg bus terminal that goes to Save.nnThe rooms are good and clean with usb sockets for charging, a TV with local channel connectivity. They also had a washing machine facility for emergency.nnWe had a bed and breakfast booking.nThey have buffet breakfast including sausages, salami, pastrami, cheese, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread , yogurts and coffee and organic teas nnThe hotel staff is very well organised in communication with the guests.

The location might not been the best, but if you have a car and don't mind driving 15-20 minutes outside the city it's a Great alternative. Great rooms, with very comfortable beds. So if you're just going to sleep and don't mind the remoteness it's well worth the money!

We ate a caribean buffé. There were chicken, salmon, beef and shrimps with sweet potatosallad. It was very good and was presented with some nice sauces. The Staff was very serviceminded.

Accidentally thought this was near the other airport. Called back in 15 minutes to cancel and was told they would give me a refund and have never received it. Be careful of location.
