Amazing spa hotel. Professional and patient staff and great service. Been there twice will definitely visit again. Our requests were taken care of professionally, couldn't imagine a better experience. I made a mistake in my order but it was patiently and nicely handled by the staff. Spa is not so large but has everything you can expect in a spa. Floating sauna with immediate access to the sea was the best part. Great access to parking, bus station and ferry to the island. Awesome breakfast with a great variety.

The worst restaurant experience in my 64 year long life. Veal like a dry peice of leather, started scallop was 4 cold miniscallop. Fish no spieces and cold......the Gin and Tonic was good as well as the wine. Never again and be aware not cheap there

The hotel was chosen for a business meeting. It's takes more than an hour to get there from the Landvetter airport. The hotel is located at a harbour on an island, and has great views if you come out from the hotel and walk around. From the room, you just see in to other people's windows across the street. The check-in was hassle free - the keycards were already prepared. The rooms are spacious, but old... Not in the good sense of the word. The furniture is worn and stained, and the desk area doesn't have a power socket. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower area is cramped. When you shower, the water flows everywhere. The hotel doesn't provide room cleaning by default - you need to ask for it at the reception, and the hotel donates 1 EUR per day to some charity if you didn't use the turndown service. Ordering food to the room is not possible - the QR code link provided in the room is dead. The WiFi was good, and the conference rooms were well equipped. The food at the restaurant was nice, and was not overpriced - although some people were not satisfied with the quantities. Overall, good hotel, but quality of rooms can be improved.

Have stayed here several times during the winter months and taken advantage of the spa package deals. It’s always a lovely stay. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The spa is small and not as modern as others in the area but you can’t beat the view across to Marstrand from the floating sauna.
