Hello,nWe were standing near the hotel with my family, who came from Brazil to visit Sweden, and we simply wanted to learn more about the hotel. However, an older woman with gray hair, who was standing with another group in front of the hotel, treated us very poorly — with clear disrespect and disregard.nnWe were very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to us. My family left wondering if all Swedes are like that, but we explained that this was just an unfortunate and isolated situation.nnI wanted to report this incident, as it seemed like this woman was part of the hotel staff.nnThank you for your attention.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, the Spa was amazing both inside pools and outside hot pools. What a place, well deserved five stars! Thank you!

Amazing spa hotel. Professional and patient staff and great service. Been there twice will definitely visit again. Our requests were taken care of professionally, couldn't imagine a better experience. I made a mistake in my order but it was patiently and nicely handled by the staff. Spa is not so large but has everything you can expect in a spa. Floating sauna with immediate access to the sea was the best part. Great access to parking, bus station and ferry to the island. Awesome breakfast with a great variety.

Spa good. Location good. Breakfast ok but horrible flow and planning. We got the room next to the wedding party so listening to dance music to 2AM. I told them this but they don’t seem to care much. Not coming back

Room:nWeird layout and not very cozy or any good place to unpack.nnService:nBar service in hot tub inattentive and Inexperienced.nnRestaurant service: not good at all, inattentive, inexperienced and not knowledgeable about the food or wines. Also not very friendly.nnDinner:nEntree hardly worth the name entree. Way to small and cheap.nMain course OknDessert: OknnBreakfast:nWe booked the early seating but the buffet quickly ran out of things which were not refilled, e.g. bread.nnCleanliness:nSo and so, the spa is worn and skin-flakes were swirled around in the outside hot tub’s.nnWill not go back unless it’s a gift.
