Hotel Nordevik

A lovely, quirky hotel, friendly staff and great location to explore the local area. I hope I’ll be back sometime!

Hotel Nordevik is a cozy, wonderfully quirky hotel that hits all the marks and then some. The hotel’s location is in a residential neighborhood a short stroll from the nearby harbor.nnWe absolutely loved the Art Deco interior, all the fun retro details and gorgeous, stylishly decorated and thoughtfully fitted rooms. We also appreciated the hotel's generous breakfast buffet and the small recreation room in the basement was fun, too. We played some pool and threw a few darts before turning in for the night.nnI stay at approximately 25 different hotels a year. So I can say without any hesitation that Hotel Nordevik is perfect for a two-night, romantic stay. They have all the comforts and amenities you’ll want and need in order to relax and enjoy exploring the picturesque, seaside village of Skärhamn.nnHighly recommendable!

I stayed in this hotel for some weeks in January and February with some colleagues. In the wintertime the restaurant is only open to 03:00 pm. For early breakfast there's a self service and separate dining room which is okay except for the bread which is old for my standards. Beds and showers are okay but central heating is not warm enough in the winter. Some of the rooms are rather small, in fact too small for 2 persons + luggage. With all the rooms occupied the Internet connection is terrible, but they told us it will be improved

Stopped in for a short lunch at their restaurant. The food was good, and the selection was a lot of fish-related things. Prices were quite reasonable for the taste.

The hotel is nicely placed in Skärhamn. The rooms are cozy and both the breakfast and dinner is good.
