This is the second time we have stayed here whilst traveling to northern Sweden.nWe had a suite both times . Very clean. Spacious . Great kitchen facilities. Free Parking outside. Bed very comfortable. Shower works great. Would recommend and definitely stay again
This stay was an absolute nightmare. The room was filty, there were hairs in the bahtroom, there was a smell in multiple rooms and the walls had stains we checked two. The shower was either ice cold or boiling hot; it did not work well at all. And to make everything worse, there was no running water the next morning. So no flushing, no drinking water, no shower - nothing. And the worst: no notice or anyone to be seen at the reception when we checked out.nnAt first the worker apologised and promised me my money back after I made a complaint. Which was good. But now, over 4 weeks and loads of messaging back and forth later, I received nothing. I get excuses and suddenly after 4 months I need to make a Revolut account to get my promised money - even though they have had my transfer details all this time.nnMy advice: don’t go here.
Very nice receptionist and staff. The room was very good. The toilet and bathroom are in the hall which is fine. The radiator makes a bit of noise, but that did not bother me. Over all for this price i was very happy
Hey, it was generally fine but there's a major safety hazard in room B308 - a screw is protruding from the floor right next to the ladder to the upper bed. It's a disaster waiting to happen. There was noone at reception at checkout + I couldn't find your email so I'm letting you know here, please fix this asap
Very helpful staff, the rooms are clean, well maintained and appropriately equipped. The facilities available are more than one would expect at this very budget friendly price range.
