Great service for late arrival, really friendly staff and good best western breakfast as usual
The best thing about the Hotel besides the great overall service - all staff members were friendly and did their job - Was the breakfast Ritchie made! I wish the BW Hotels in germany would learn from you guys - especially how a hotel breakfast can be fun again!
We had nice room, comfortable stay, the staff was friendly, especially the cook woman. Big black dot goes to the receptionist with black hair, asian look, because of her rudeness, unfriendliness and arrogance. The lady asked us not to speak in our language, even though we were not speaking to her, but to each other. Who is she to forbid us from speaking in our language with our friends. Regardless, the rest of the staff did a good job and improved the impression of our stay.

I stayed for 2 nights to explore Jönköping. The location was so good for me. It was close to city center and the beach. The beach was nice as well.
