Hotel High Coast

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The highlight was definitely the stunning view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.nnHowever, the hotel itself is in serious need of renovation. The facilities and decor feel quite outdated, and it could use a refresh to bring it up to modern standards. While the prices were reasonable, the overall value could be improved with some updates.nnThe restaurant was okay – not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The food was decent.nnOverall, it’s an average stay that could be much better with some renovations and updates.

We stopped here to observe the bridge, and also get a coffee which was fairly priced. Car park was free and plenty of spaces. Seems like there were some good walks local, and also some free public toilets to take a rest

I did not like the dish i ordered pasta but i tried the tomato soup and it was very good, Aldo the taste is personal so maybe you are going to enjoy everything.nJust if you are Italian, i do not suggest to Eat pasta outside of Italy.nWhen we asked to get a table with a better view, the request was denied without any explanation.nOur view was directly toward a cement wall while the rest of the tables had a good view over the bridge and water.nSo, if are unlucky and get the only table with a bad view, then, you are unlucky.nnThe picture is the view i had by turning my head more than 90° to the right is a cement wall, and that wall was my view, just few meters away from it would have made the whole experience a lot better.

What a place to have your lunch or dinner. Spectacular views, great menu and friendly staff!
