Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to reach from highway.

Good location, 10min walk to city center.nBreakfast was good, although in line with Swedish hotels standards.nnThe mini bar was noisy and it wasn't possible to turn it off. Also, I asked the staff for some coffee creamer, they said it would be delivered to my room in 2 min. I'm still waiting..

Very close to the station. It doesn't look like a Star hotel but a descent and clean accommodation area. Rooms are very clean and neat. My single bed accommodation was very well arranged, comfortable and ambience was good. Heating systems and other amenities in the room were good. Breakfast brunch was OK! Aittle greasy and can improve in Quality! That's the only drawback. Very friendly front staff and speaks English.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy out of hours check-in. Noisy fan I presume outside my room and security light shining through curtains meant little sleep unfortunately. I called the out of hours contact number at 2030hrs to try and change rooms but got no answer. Disappointing stay overall.

Outside of the hotel is not so nice looking but good rooms and beautiful spa. The rooms don't have AC, so could get very hot. The continental breakfast is good and there are a few different options. All in all a very ok place to stay for a couple of days off in Norrköping.
