Very nice hotel. Beautiful interior design. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great restaurant. Location is perfectly in the middle of Karlsborg close to the Göta Canal. A bit noisy on the street on Saturday evenings.
Very friendly and helpful staff, however make sure to get a room towards the rear and not facing the street since the traffic is very disturbing, especially if it's a weekend or holiday. The rooms were very nice, clean and newly renovated, however there were some details that could have been a bit better. The breakfast was plenty and varied but I would have appreciated crisper bacon and drier scrambled eggs but those are minor details.
Very good overall.nnExtra points for great breakfast.
Can't review the place because it was all locked up when I arrived after a 16 hour journey. Couldn't reach anyone and then when I had arrived at another hotel I got a message with a code to enter the hotel. Other reviews said the service was bad but I didn't think it would be that bad
Nice hotel with a good bistro. Friendly staff.
