Hotell Bellevue

Low standard for the price. There is much more value for money in just the cosy villas close by and the local hostel seems to beat this place in charm and quality. Torn and dirty furniture and an ugly building. Everything else surrounding it is so pretty, someone should buy this dump and refurbish it completely. Bad internet and no reception on you phone. Although very friendly staff, we were locked out of the hotel with our kids sleeping in the rooms at 10:30 pm, because they all left for the night. Breakfast is alright but watch out for the juice machine.

We tried their lunch buffet which was delicious. The food layout consisted of a salad bar with an assortment of breads; hot food station, offering a fish and pork loin roast entrées with accompaniments of 2 types of potatoes and gravy. Another short station had the 3 types fruit juices and an adjacent mini bar of coffee and mini cake almond/cardamom slices.nnThe lobby and adjacent piano bar are elegantly styled. Also available just a step outside the piano bar is a large outdoor dining seating, which has a direct view of the lake.

The Hotel is in close proximity to the harbor. It has a nice view of lake Vättern but only from certain rooms. No staff was seen in the morning when I was at the breakfast buffet though they weren't really needed. The rooms were nothing special, though maybe a bit outdated. One thing I noticed were that the extra beds were really small, ment door children, so keep in mind.

I came for business purpose to the area. When I was checking for hotels nearby I hesitated but when I arrived I was happy with what I saw, nice & really helpful staff, the hotel gives a warm calm feeling, in addition to the lake. An amazing location.nIn general it is a very good resturant

Great location!! Couldn't be more convenient when traveling with kids. Nice and clean, the dog was welcomed with a bone and bowls. Friendly staff and close to everything. My only complaints: Raggar-cruisers made quite a lot of noise during the night and it felt like they were a bit understaffed during the breakfast buffé. They also had a shortage of baby-chairs...
