Calling these guys for 3 days straight, all possible extensions, over 30 attempts. I finally get someone to pick up a phone today from the sales team. I needed an appointment in the workshop. He asked the guy behind him from the workshop to confirm they can perform the service after which he gave me his direct number to schedule an appointment. Well guess who is not picking up his phone?!? I'm really surprised a company like this is still in business.
