Good service
I took my car in for service, but after the service I discovered damage to the car that I had not had before. When I raised this with the workshop manager, I was treated in an unprofessional manner. Instead of taking responsibility and handling the situation in a good way, I felt forced to accept a solution that I was not happy with, just to avoid further problems and damage to the car. After this, I sold my beautiful Kia to avoid further contact with them.
We came on a Saturday to look at and test drive a car we had seen advertised on Blocket. However, the seller did not seem to want to sell the car to us. He referred us to the marketplace when we asked about winter tires, and did not make the slightest effort to even try to fix it. Then the attitude was just really sad. A seller who tells a potential buyer how much they are losing by selling the car at the price listed, that is not the customer's problem.
