I live outside Gothenburg, but when I needed help replacing the brakes on my newly purchased Audi wear after only 3000 km and the car was brand new when purchased and a 2025 model year, I did not get help from Din bil Audi Mölndal, which is the closest service workshop to me. They referred me to Toveks bil in Lidköping because they thought I had bought the car there, although it should not have mattered if they could have made a little more effort.nThe salesman Viktor at Toveks bil, from whom I had bought the car, has been incredibly helpful and service-oriented, just like when I bought the car. He fought for my case and did what he could, and then welcomed me to Lidköping to solve the problem.nOn Wednesday I drove two hours to Lidköping and in the shortest possible time the car was ready with brand new fresh brake discs and pads.nTHANK YOU again Viktor and Tovek's car for a fantastic service and treatment, and I will definitely be back when it's time for a new job in the future.
