The only ICA that makes you open your bag and show the contents when you are about to pay for your food. Its degrading and embarrassing at my age and I wonder legal without probable cause? All retailers suffer shrinkage and is presumably accounted for in planning and pricing. Talk about having lost all sense of customer experience!
