Nice station.

Igelboda Station suffers a bit from the same problems as most stations along the Saltsjöbanan. They are a bit primitive. They largely lack roofs and proper seating, the Saltsjöbanan itself is as old as the street and quite worn, and Igelboda itself is a very poorly structured connection station. As Igelboda Station causes the Saltsjöbanan to split towards either the Saltsjöbanan or Solsidan, the trains have to share a bit on the platform. But which train goes where and from which side of the platform is more often than not a mystery. I have been traveling to and from Igelboda for almost ten years and I can still get on the wrong train or miss that the train inside is going in the direction I want. Just like how the Roslagsbanan needed some renovation, the Saltsjöbanan also needs a real makeover. Hopefully it will happen one day
