Ljungsbro Bilcenter

Unfortunately, I have to advise others against buying a car at Ljungsbro Bilcenter. I looked at reviews and thought this one would be different but I was proven wrong.nnI bought a car for about 300,000 and when I get home I notice that there is damage under the car and in the entire wheelhouse which then turned out to be a crash damage. This is not something that I received information about and even Ljungsbro Bilcenter assured that the car is in top condition.nnWhen I then turn to Ljungsbro Bilcenter, they refuse to take responsibility for the entire cost, they are prepared to take part of the cost. Why should I, as a buyer, be responsible for a damage that was present when the car was sold and where I did not receive any information that the car had been in a collision? The matter has been allowed to proceed to ARN.nnVery sad, don't buy a car here.

Really good treatment by a fantastically nice family! It doesn't get more authentic family business than this! Despite the late email 10pm I received a reply the same evening. Asked several questions which the sons patiently answered and I ended up reserving the car for the next day. The family waited patiently despite closing time and took the time to answer questions and help with any concerns we had. No stress during the test drive. Fixed minor fixes at once. Order item ordered and I'm not the least bit concerned that they won't fix what we agreed upon free of charge. Great experience!

Stay away from this company. Bought a car that had clutch problems after only 1 day. The company refused to help at all. Even though I took the car to a workshop who confirmed that the clutch needed to be replaced, they refused to believe the workshop and denied it all the way. I thought it was safer to buy from our company, but that is not the case.nnEnded up selling the car at a huge loss to avoid the repair costs.nnI see that an employee/owner gave himself a 5 star rating on the reviews below which is also nice.
