Riddermark I was first reluctant to deal with as all business in lead processing is digital and customer focused by telephone/email.nnI am impressed the way I was taken care of in person not knowing whom I am talking to on the other side while dealing to buy a . All done and organized very well to deliver and collect my old car which was exchange.nThanks Joseph Taha for all logistical arrangements who was my contact nnMany new mega show room car dealer have to evolve if they have to survive in longer term. Be ‘customer focused’ is two words mantra. I was disappointed with their behavior at the after sales crew in these young car dealers who have grown in size but not in attitudes.

I don't recommend anyone to buy a car there!!! I was cheated!!! I bought the car remotely without seeing it for export to Poland. In the contract I was assured that there were 2 keys for the car. When my driver went to pick up the car, he was told that they had one key and would find the other key and send it to Poland by post. To this day, they have not sent or refunded the money to buy a new one. Another problem that occurred was the lack of documents when picking up the Del1 Del2 car, even though I was told that the documents were already there. It took almost 2 months to send the documents. they were sent only after my colleague intervened on site. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Purchased a Kia Optima from Patrik and couldn't be happier. The service and attention I was given as a customer made me feel very safe. Everything was explained thoroughly and the salesman was very knowledgable about the car model as well as the other offerings.nnHowever, some of the other salesmen felt very inexperienced and gave me bad vibes.
