My van broke down on the motorway & this was the closest repair shop - quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed next day!nThe staff were accommodating and helpful, I could go into the town close by, relax and see around the area.nI don't think it's more expensive than other options, and I know I was treated with respect and honesty - and I was back on the road, really as soon as possible.n5 Stars for me, I can only recommend!

Hyundai dealer and shop. It's good to use your insurance company. The prices for regular customers are not suitable.

The worst car repair shop! We hand in the car, no help for over 2 months. The customer receiver absolutely can't answer anything about cars, it's the one you have to have contact with, customer service has to consult bilm et al about everything. During the whole time they only call back 2 times. Bilmek can never be talked to, never on site. They drain the oil even though it has just been changed.... they say we can pick it up even though it still doesn't work as it should, which they also point out!. Embarrassing!!!!!! The spec that we wanted was extremely scarce and did not provide everything that you expect.. it was very difficult to get as they thought that only the insurance company would have it.

Very satisfied with both the car and the treatment of the pleasant staff at Haag o Carlsson. Highly recommended!
