My van broke down on the motorway & this was the closest repair shop - quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed next day!nThe staff were accommodating and helpful, I could go into the town close by, relax and see around the area.nI don't think it's more expensive than other options, and I know I was treated with respect and honesty - and I was back on the road, really as soon as possible.n5 Stars for me, I can only recommend!

Worst car repair shop! We hand in the car, no help for over 2 months. The customer service representative can't answer anything about cars, that's the one you have to contact, the customer service representative has to consult Bilmek or others about everything. During the entire time they only call back 2 times. Bilmek can never be talked to, never on site. They drain the oil even though it's newly changed.... they say we can pick it up even though it's still not working properly, which they also point out!. Embarrassing!!!!!! The spec we wanted was extremely limited and didn't provide everything you expect.. it was very difficult to get as they thought only the insurance company should have it.
