I am a owner of aa Mercedes and I never thought I would give a bad review to an official workshop.nI went one day to make an appointment for maintenance, and the truth is that the customer service was not premium at all. They agreed to call me in July to confirm the appointment, I'm still waiting.

Can highly recommend Salar Amin on Bilia Mercedes Södertälje when you make your next car deal.

You must be lucky to find someone who are more unprofessional than Merc Benz - Södertälje.nTo give examples it can just go on… :n1. Even if you book an appointment, they don’t have the replacement car handy and don’t bother to let you in advance if there changes in the schedule. Basically no ownership of end to end servicen2. If you are trying to reach them over call be ready to be on hold for 30 min n3. No complaints are addressed or resolved at one visit… they just love you so much that they ensure it’s half fixed so that you come back to visit themn4. And if you want to reach them over email… oh forget it because no one reads or responds to them. I guess it goes to their spam folder I mean email sent to Södertälje MB, not the generic one that Bilia hasn5. There is complete lack of internal coordination within their team, so be prepared for misleading communications
