Absolutely worst service ever. They tried to cheat us on 10000 sek they did nothing to the car which is still broken. They just conected it to computer And said it has no fails And car is still not working as it should. On top of that when I got the keys the car was blocked by other car- the person didnt even check if its free to go- it was not. Not gonna recommend to anyone and for sure gonna spread message of how disrespectfull and bad this service is.

We went for a warranty replacement of the parking sensor and we specifically asked for it to be replaced the center right We made an appointment for 2 months later. The car was with them for 2 days, the replacement was supposed to be free during the warranty period. We paid 4,000sek for the obvious diagnosis that the sensor needed to be replaced and we had to pay because they would not release the car. we feel cheated. A joke and the height of rudeness and the fault has still not been fixed. I do not recommend.nThe commission has already been reported to the appropriate Opel unit, we'll see how the situation develops

Delivery time is long but Fredrik stood out and he made sure to share all the information he had from the transportation company. I appreciated the effort and how he turned the situation around from feeling frustrated to becoming a customer again next year. Thanks again Fredrik

Hade a appointment at 07:00 for my car to get the breaks fixed. But due to a computer problem at the check-in they could not do anything for my car. The whole morning was just a waste of time. Why not fix the breaks and bill me afterwards when the computer is on line again.

Took our Mitsubishi Spacewagon to J Bil Haninge as they advertise they are Mitsubishi 'specialists'.nnJ Bil keeps our car for 3 days tells us 1 day to begin with,nJ Bil tells us they will call each day they never call, wife must call them each day,nJ Bil tells us they have no idea how to fix it,nJ Bil tell us that they are 'new' to mitsubishi.nJ Bil tells us they have rung Mitsubishi for advice, but cannot guarantee the fix 9000 sek will solve the cars problem.nnHow can you claim to be specialists in Mitsubishi, then tell the customer you are new to fixing Mitsubishi???nnA big waste of time that costs us 1600 sek. - oh yes, my wife was told the cost was 1200 sek which is paid in full, then J Bil sends another invoice in post for additional 485 sek.nnWife is told Manager will call to explain why it took J Bil 3 days to plug in computer on car and do nothing....you guessed it, J Bil doesn't call!!nnSo, if you want to be ignored, kept in the dark, charged for no service, take your car to J Bil Hanninge.
