I was very disappointed and frustraded over this Car Dealer.nnI read the All the recessions here and was nearly to not try this dealer. I thought its not possible that so many guys are unhappy with a official car dealer , but i tried it.nnI found a very good Looking Rs6 over mobile.de and thought that this will be a good car. I ask the dealer the follow things:nnComplete inspection Status is refreshed ?nPaint on the car is good ?nNothing damaged?nTUV is fresh Sweden ?nEverything works on the car ?nCar papers in the car ?nAnd many more questions.nnHe Fabian from Autoperformante car seller told me that the car is in good condition.nnAs i am from germany i ask him if its possible to send me the car which wasnt a Problem. Since i send the whole money, everything take a lot of time. The transport He told is during next 14 Days.. than they let the car another 14 Days on a wild place. After nearly a mounth i recieved the car.nnI saw directly that the whole paint is completly off at the skirt,the windshield had about 9 stone shots, the paint overall Looks not good as they polished at the rear bumper the paint off. I saw that the next oil change is only in 4000km which is not the normal intervall when it is new. Than i go into the car, there was directly on the driver side a dent. When i was sitting in the car first, i tried to use the volume tuner, that was not working too. Was not hard to See, because the dial was allready broken so you could easily pick it off. After this, i saw that he dont put all the car papers in the car. So i bought a expensive car and had no Car papers.I wait many weeks Till i recieve the original papers. Than i saw that the Matrix LED Light was broken.Next was that there was missing the Cover on the tailgate, than the Cover for ISO fix and offcourse the Cover at the dors to assembly the handrail. The engine for the flap control was not working.Than i sawnthat the doormats are from the wrong car, they put the mats from the C8 in the car. After this i saw that the front lip is missing. He doesnt told me that when they pick up the car they Ruin my front lip. He told to the transport company that the buyer dont know that this was mounted. I drove exactly one day with the car and the secondary fuelpump died. Than He told me the papers are on the way. After another 10 days He send it again. I think at that time the owner before paid with the money which get Autoperformante to pay the rest credit. I have wait nearly 26 days Till they have send me the paper. When i recieve the paper i have bring the car to the TUV. TUV told me that the rear brake pads are in Bad conditions and also the rubber for the shocks were very Bad.nIts now 2 mounths ago and i still have not get the volume tuner. He told me everytime that it is ordered from Audi. He told me to send a cost estimate for the paint and stuff here in germany, but i have never got this.nAlso very strange when i ask for the company owner that he is always on vacation. Fabian was on vacation too, and He was not accepting the call on his mobile number. But when you try to call directly Autoperformante He was directly on the Phone.nnOverall it was a big Story everytime. Now they start to discuss that they dont send money back. But they Sold me not the car which i have bought. They always Tell me that they sell so many cars, but for that it is very unprofessional and very clumsy.nnIf you search a true car and good dealer,you have to choose another onennThank you for your time.
