I've used this service twice and both times, it's been fantastic! The vet was ready to take the call right on time and she was well prepared - having looked at the photo I'd supplied and read my dog's history. All my questions were answered and I had clear next steps to take. The app is very easy to use and best of all - it has saved my dog the stress of going to the vet's office when it wasn't necessary.
