Friendly vet, needed to get Dogs checked out before travelling back to the UK on their Pet Passports. All handled well, staff all speak English and price was reasonable.

I always visit this veterinarian with my cats. They are competent, service minded and most importantly, they treat my animals with kindness and respect which helps them calm down in a stressful situation.

Called several times today November 16 and cried on the phone and explained that my cat most likely had a brain hemorrhage, the emergency room said I can come in and euthanize the cat but they can't do more than that. How can a vet refuse a sick animal that needs emergency help?? They said that I should go to gbg instead, which there is no chance that he will make it yes, he is still bad as the stress could have killed him and he would rather fall asleep at home than be stressed to death in a car and die in a panic !! Change it so it doesn't say you can help emergency animals 24/7 when you don't even do that!!!! My cat is my baby not just an animal!!!

So grateful to everyone who works here, always received such good help and treatment at the reception and during phone consultations.nBest!

Our dog had fallen asleep and they requested that we put her in a black garbage bag and leave her outside until the next day. And that a wheat owner had to check on her. Bad customer service, and promised they would get in touch but after 8 hours they still hadn't called. Under all criticism, shut down the business. Embarrassing.
