Best animal clinic ever and comparing to Rethymno ,Athens,Budapest,Motala and Örebro on my Milkas 12 years of life

We came here under the worst of circumstances, our pug had gotten severely I'll in the middle of the night and had started to deteriorate before our eyes. The took us in first thing in the morning and got her checked out. Unfortunately there was another ng they could do and we had to send her on to the rainbow bridge.nnThe vet who helped us was beyond amazing, very understanding and showed great empathy for our situation. HOWEVER, they left my mom with Argit in the room for a longer period without checking in with her. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to send the vet over asap as Argit was getting worse by the minute.nnI was disappointed in the front desk staff as they had forgotten about the seriously ill pug who they've just admitted. Please connect more with your clients, especially as I had to say to them that they had to come back to the exam room to put our dog down as I was standing by the check in desk with other people around. This is for me a delicate subject which I don't like speaking about loudly.nnFor further improvements, just keep in the back of your head what dogs have been checked in and for what reason they are in for.nnAgain, the vet who helped us was very understanding and did a great job in comforting us as she performed her job duties.nThank you!

Very good hospital for your animal you have to book before you come or you have to wait for a long time very qualified staff you can get all the medical attention for your animal I would recommend this place
