Employed staff, there is nothing wrong with that. But if you want to be met with nonchalance, make a complaint to the owner. Has no interest in fixing problems for customers, it seems, you have to chase them on the phone and they NEVER call when they promised if they even call at all, they don't answer the phone most of the time either. So if you want to be ignored shop here... The last time I shop there after 30 years as a customer. I will shop where possible. complaints are taken seriously and where the Consumer Purchase Act is respected.
