Jag har förståelse att man inte kan få tid samma dag, då särskilt inte om man ringer fredag eftermiddag. Men det är under all kritik att bli bemött på detta arroganta och nonchalanta sätt av den sköterska jag talade med. Det är ett serviceyrke och man måste behandla folk med respekt och på ett professionellt sätt. Mönsterås kommun måste ta ett krafttag gällande vården då det är uppenbart att den är icke-fungerande.

No emergency hours already from 7:45 in the morning. Starting with those who answer the phone bad and rude staff you have to say that you really die to try to get an appointment.nnWhen you get an appointment the doctor comes late 10-15 minutes and then he talks to us and examines for about 2 minutes, then he doesn't write any medicine or send any referrals to the hospital. I think All the doctors in the health center are not real doctors!!!!!! I have met so many doctors in 10 years in Mönsterås health center. Just badnnThen you meet the worst and rudest nurses in testing very racist women are in testing especially with the old woman maybe her name is Anneli. Everyone who works in testing YOU get your pay and your salary because you are going to help us!!!! Don't get to meet us with a mean face and it has happened MANY times with me and my family and friends.

Disappointingly rude and superior treatment by a doctor Tomas N. Had no intention of trying to help with anything and had no knowledge of medications that were over-the-counter or not. When we asked for a second opinion when he did not see a swelling and understood the pain in my old mother as a nurse in home care and I clearly saw ... he replied angrily that the others did not have any appointments ... HE could not do anything and pointed it out several times. When we were just about to leave he could possibly offer to write a prescription for an already over-the-counter medication ... You can understand why Mönsterås health center is the worst in the county.

Dragging my badly sprained left foot into the health center. Not a single person in the waiting room. I knock on the triage room and a troubled woman with two others asks me to report to the reception.nOnce dragged to the reception, the guy says he will check if they have the possibility to receive me.nThey didn't have them but he referred me to Oskarshamn's emergency or to come back on Monday.nThis was Friday 2:05 PM anyway but no one! even looked at my foot.nGarbage center.nNext time if I have a problem I might as well go to Mörkeskog's waste center and lay down...
