Best smoked fish in town. Excellent food, very friendly service, coffee&cake included, salad bar, great view, what else do you need. We stopped by on a bicycle tour and had a great lunch in a beautiful setting. Well done!

When we arrived and asked for a table, we got informed that food might take a little longer as a big group just ordered.nNevertheless it arrived earlier than expected and within what we'd range as a usual waiting time.nThe smoked salmon was really good as well as the beetroot patties. Everything was seasoned very well and tasty.nThere were only two waiters for the whole restaurant in and outside and one of them seemed to be new, so it took a bit longer for some other guests to order. But with some practice this can easily be solved. The other one was super organised and kept the overview.nnNot to forget about the beautiful view over the calm lake.

Was in this restaurant this afternoon with my friend from timmernabben. Very disappointed with the food my friend had fish soup like water with only veg and salmon just a little salmon. I went for fish and chips fish was lovely but the chips was covered in salt a meal ruined. Did tell staff but nothing done.nJust 0ne word for the chef you will give some 1 a heart attack with your salt.....

Smoked fish was tasty. The butterfish was especially delish! Was not a fan of the eel though, too fatty. There is also a nice pier and docking area to have a nice walk after munching.

Wonderfully good fish products. Excellent selections and moderate prices. Much care and consideration given to the parking area along with seriously managed clean toilets .nAlthough we did not use the café, it looked cosy and warm with nice aromas.nWe will be regular customers here… well done !!
