It feels like a constant fight to be seen and heard when you're visiting. The doctors change every fifteen minutes so no one has any idea, constant repetition even though they have access to the medical records. But they don't fill them in properly, visits that aren't documented. You have to be so damn good with the doctors to get them to even listen to you. Everyone thinks you're a PhD student in medicine and should know everything anyway. Then the person responsible for all the staff tells you to change health centers if you're not happy. Let's see how long they last when the Gävleborg region opens the floodgates for the capitalists.

I have had very bad experiences with how I have been treated at this Health Center. Among other things, doctors who have poor understanding of Swedish. Made mistakes in the medical record, etc. Most recently, a completely self-absorbed and absent doctor. Plus a very arrogant attitude. I was not allowed to take a blood test because I did not have a fever, nor was I allowed to take a PSA test. I do not recommend this Health Center. I have moved to Gävle.

Incredibly fast and professional service, competent staff who care about you and take their time

Good service and very nice staff but a little unclear about what applies to taking blood tests. After having taken blood tests several times without making an appointment, today suddenly an appointment was required. No problem in itself if they had been clear from the beginning about what applies. Now I have had to cancel appointments and drive to the VC unnecessarily and also have to rearrange tomorrow because of a simple blood test. Communication is more important than you might think!

They have different care under the same roof and that's a plus to know
