I would give zero stars if possible. I went there today because i needed medication for my asthma. I gave them 3 and said one of them is the most important one i needed and my partner explained it to them in swedish aswell. They didnt listen or give me a prescription for that. Now im stuck with medication that barely has an effect and been having asthma attacks all day because of their incompetence. Instead they just wrote a prescription for something useless meant for 6 yr olds to teach them how to use medication. Ive been dealing with this medical issue my entire life and they treated me as if im clueless. Just because they learnt about it in a classroom whereas i had first hand experience. Awful service.

Booked a visit and ended up having to sit and wait for 2 hours and still not get any help.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't give a single star, but I have to give a review. Don't go there! I completely lost my balance at home and realized that I had to call 112. They didn't send an ambulance but a taxi and I had to walk to the car myself, without balance in my body. When I arrive, they don't do any examination. They didn't even touch me. They referred me to call the health center the next day and make an appointment for an examination. So they refer me to the health center and not to come to the emergency room when it is life-threatening, you completely lose your balance. Advise me not to go there. Apparently they treat patients differently. Some get treatment, a spinal tap, etc. They told me that they don't do anything there. And they distort what I say and don't write the medical record with respect and the integrity of the person. So the next doctor gets a bad picture. I came because I completely lost my balance in my body and they write in the record that I came for a headache and dizziness
