Scammed into a binding contract without any prior notice by some Fredr**. I was called by Öresundskraft for a completely different reason as I had shown interest in electricity trading with another company but was still tied to Ö-kraft for a few more months so we agreed that the new company should be said no for that long. After the conversation I get an email about a newly signed contract and a 14 day right of withdrawal?!? Ahh wrong email sent I thought but LUCKILY I called on day 10 and double checked. So I was started on a contract and locked in for 5 years not to be able to change companies at all! WHAT! Ugh and fy is it possible that you can be so cheeky!! Managed to stop it before it was done. So watch out for Öresundskraft.

Calls every night from different numbers to sell subscriptions. My phone number is blacklisted and unlisted and I have never been a customer of theirs so they have no right to store my phone number or data about me according to GDPR. They clearly don't care about this

You should fix your customer service which is non-existent. 1½ hours in line. 3 weeks since I sent an email with my issues. No response yet. It's working fine now
