Update to the original two-star review. Third time happy and now they came back sharp! Again, fantastic customer service!nn—————————————nnUnfortunately, I sent my expensive hoof knives in for sharpening and since then they have been a total waste. After they came back the first time, they were about as sharp as butter knives, and it was impossible to cut with them at all. Lucky Sheep has fantastic customer service and soon the knives were back for the second time, now slightly sharper but still duller than before I sent them in in the first place. I have been trying for a couple of months now to get the knives straight but without success.nnI am no knife expert but something must have gone completely wrong when the knives were sharpened, you can't get them sharp again no matter how you try to sharpen them. A dull hoof knife is useless and unfortunately I will probably have to buy new ones

Very competent staff and good help we received.nWe sharpened 2 scissors and invested in 2 new ones as well as a set of spacers.
