Sent my Wahl Kuno in for some troubleshooting and repair- I am beyond pleased with the quick response and customer service I experienced with this shop. Highly recommend!

Ordered goods on three occasions that work very well. They are quick to send what you ordered. So far I am satisfied.nnBut now the problem came.nnAn item on an invoice that I must have forgotten but this company does not send out any reminders at all. no email, letter, text message, it is zero.nnChecked through the email now and sure enough I find information about the other two orders That is why I should have seen something about this invoice too, but no there is nothing, no letter or even a text message with a reminder. It is nothing.nnMoney is not the problem for me so I would have paid immediately if they had done as a company should do, they must send a letter or contact the customer in some way. It would have been enough if they had sent a text message with the information so I would have happily paid everything immediately after checking that everything is correct.nnRight now the only option I have is because they are on holiday and cannot be reached to pay within a week + 180 SEK extra that that debt collection company takes.
