Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever seen in my life.nnWe had a problem with the main fuses at home. It is not a problem to change them, but we had to change fuses for two days, about 30 times. Then I called the emergency service. They said that you have to call in when the power is not fixed, so that they can come and look at it.nnWhen the power went back on, I called, but then they did not want to send the emergency service, even though I explained that this could be a fire risk. She tried to explain to me that the emergency service costs money and that they do not go out unless it is an absolutely urgent matter.nnIt is their skill to come and see if the problem is with the network or locally.nnBut I think: what is urgent, really? Should it start a fire first? I have my family in the house – my parents and my partner. We can't let it be like this.nnThen the bills are the most expensive as hell. There is always a bill in the mailbox every month. Prices are 100% higher than in 2019, and we use exactly the same amount of electricity as before – maybe even less.nnI am leaving this disrespectful and dishonest company. It is better for me to produce electricity myself with a power plant than to buy from them – and it will be cheaper.

Introduce a completely incomprehensible and counterproductive efficiency fee long before it is needed. Then when the government says it should be stopped, they refuse. Ill-conceived, customer-unfriendly and greedy.nnEmailed four times a few months ago. Haven't received a response yet. So customer service doesn't exist.

Worst company where they know they have a monopoly on the network and no one can do anything. Today you have to pay up to 7-8 thousand SEK just for the network, let's not talk about electricity!!! Today I pay almost 5000 SEK for just the network, it's completely grid, that's 60 thousand a year plus electricity, the only salvation is to move from here to an area where they don't have a monopoly!! Worst company

Very good electricity company with knowledgeable and helpful staff in the core business but disastrously poor customer service. Received incredibly good help from their skilled technicians but never been treated so badly anywhere as by one of their customer service employees. The company would have been five stars with other employees in customer service. Now it gets a second instead.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Almost impressed by how bad it is. Totally uninterested in helping when they themselves have made a mistake.
