If there would be more than 5 stars to give, I wouldn't hesitate to give it to Quality Hotel Grand. Everything during my stay there, was jst more then perfect. The service from all of the workers I recieved is like a family welcoming. They are really nice people so profetional. Some workers to mention like, George receiption who really nice, friendly so eager to help customers guy made my visit perfect and easy. Emily if I spell her name correctly who works in the restuarantbar is so friendly and helpfull lady. I wish I could mention all the receiption's names who I met during my 3 days visit from 23 september till 26 september 2025 were so nice.nnRoom was so clean, bed is comfertable.nFood breakfast was so good.and price were so fair too. I really really didn't expected such good service and clean hotel with such fair price.nI will always choose Quality Hotel Grand when I want to visit Kristianstad which is really nice city

Wow! Where do I start. This is 100% a 5-star review because they deserve it. From the moment first got here, I’ve been spoiled. The room was super clean and quiet, centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, the Church across the street makes for a picture perfect view, and I have to mention staff member King. He made me feel right at home. So friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to tell all my friends about this place when I return home to Las Vegas. The best!!! ps see ya King thanks so much for the hospitality! Oh and their breakfast is amazing! I can go on and on. See ya! Michael
Stayed here for two nights with a friend. Location is good, close to the city centre and the railway station whilst not being in the noisy part of town. Staff were nice however a member of staff let herself into the room an hour and a half before check out time before giving me any time to answer the door. Besides that, plenty experience.
This hotel has been newly renovated so the rooms are fresh and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is big and bright. I would have given a 5-star review if they had changed the shower curtain to panels instead, it feels more fresh and the curtain had some stains. The breakfast was good and had a variety of bread and belongings.
