The hotel is modern and very clean. Since check-in, my five-day stay has been flawless. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff’s friendliness makes the experience especially comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the room is warm.nnThe only minor issue is that the room feels quite dry, so a humidifier would be appreciated. More frequent floor cleaning would also be helpful, as small stones are sometimes brought in due to Sweden’s snowy conditions—though I understand this may not always be possible.
Incredible hotel rooms and scenery! Felt so luxurious and comfortable but for a really affordable price, would absolutely stay again. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Also has a spa that you can pay to access, free gym and yoga classes with a paying room.
Unfortunately, the comfort level did not meet expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was overly soft and kept sliding, making it difficult to sleep properly. Additionally, the room was very noisy due to its location on Drottninggatan. It genuinely felt like sleeping on the street, which significantly affected rest quality.nThe breakfast was very basic and offered limited variety, especially considering the price of the stay. There was nothing particularly noteworthy or special.nRoom service was also disappointing. When I requested an extra pillow in the evening, I was told to come to the reception myself to collect it. This is impractical, especially when staying with children and unable to leave them alone in the room.nOverall, the location is a positive aspect, but issues with bed comfort, noise, service, and breakfast quality made the stay less satisfactory.nnI don't recommend this hotel.
I forgot to add a special thank youto Michael who really looked after us. An exemplary representative of Radisson.nnI've usually stayed at the Clarion Post across the square but thought I'd try the Radisson this time.nIt turned out to be a far superior choice in terms of comfort, room amenities and breakfast.nI'll be using this hotel as my go to choice for future visits now.
As a whole it was good. Yet there has been some points that I’d like to mention:n- our room was close to the elevator, it wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t sleep but we were noticing it.n- the sheets and pillows were clean. Yet the chair in the room had some spot on and also coffee was spilled on the carpet and some hand marks on the side of the bed.n- when I booked it through hotels.com I naturally though parking was included and didn’t ask. But if a parking is available it comes at a cost costlier than the parking place next to it.n- I booked this hotel for its large room and also the spa but I forgot to ask and check in advance for the booking as both the yoga and the spa was fully booked for that weekend we were there as they accept people from outside too.
