Restaurang Ulva Kvarn

We live nearby and have already been several times to this wonderful restaurant. Really glad it opened! We have tried the pastas and the pizzas! The pizzas are perhaps the best we have eaten. And the scampi pasta is also absolutely fantastic. They have an applesauce that I've never seen anywhere else and it's really good! They also have beer and wine which is nice. We have not yet tried the Nutella pizza, but have seen others who have ordered it and it looks so good. The environment is magical and the serving staff so very nice. Go here and enjoy good food in beautiful surroundings!

A little disappointing as we heard from rumors that the pizzas here are supposed to be the best in Uppsala, but think maybe the kitchen had a bad day when it took almost an hour to get the food and then there were signs saying that the food was out of stock.. Anyway, that's how it is. it's a fantastic environment and a good concept, the staff is nice and the only disappointment was the pizzas which were nothing special at all with a dull bottom and not nearly as tasty and good as we thought. They were by no means bad but unfortunately did not live up to the high expectations.

I think the pizzas are really good, the grill is also very good when it is open. The gelato is also really good.

Ate pizza and ice cream, amazingly good! Nice staff and it felt like the food was prepared from scratch with both heart and knowledge. The venue was cosy, an ancient building with a nice feel and beautiful surroundings.

The new owners have really got it going. Really good pizzas and tasty gelato in really beautiful surroundings!
