Disappointing visit. We booked a room for 2 persons, but were given single room, had to change rooms. The second room we got was not properly cleaned, if you lifted the toilet ring there were splash of probably someone with a diarrhoea, awful experience. Told this upon check out and was given compensation of free coffee or soft drink, well thanks…nBy the way, parking is not free and breakfast was not free either. Overall quite expensive visit given the hidden fees.
Mid way between Stockholm Central and the Airport. Convenient location for early morning travellers. Cute little restaurant closes at 21.00, and well-maintained rooms, more spacious than many other comparable hotels in Europe.
The building and the overall feel is somewhat outdated, they need to do quite a facelift on the facade and the rooms. This is more of a 2-3 star hotel. Having said this, the personnel were nice, I want to especially name Hannele who was so helpful and pleasant. I had a small issue and she came up with a solution. Thank you!!
Overall the hotel isn't bad, the rooms are clean the view is nice and pets are allowed.nnThe breakfast overall is average, just disappointed with the lack of variety. The food that is available has nice taste to it which is good. But the thing that bothered with me the most is that the food variety doesn't change from the previous day but most of us can live with that.nnThe buffet was a total rip off 22€ for barely any all of it was just not up to par with the price. The fish wasn't salty but instead sweet. Only thing i found good in it was the dessert, it was a small selection but it was packed with goodness.
