Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room the same. Gym was a pleasure to use and well maintained.nStaff were so helpful and also let me check in early. Which was very much appreciated as I was between flights and appointments.nnNo restaurants nearby if you have no car. And unfortunately restaurant was closed. However I managed to purchase food on site that they warmed up for me.nnThank you for a lovely stay.
I have stayed in this place several times with my group. Rooms are good with balcony. There is a behind garden also. No parking problem. The employees are helpful. Cajsa and Lisa helped us about everything.
A relatively simple hotel on the outskirts of Stockholm. The staff were pleasant but not very attentive. We ate at the hotel and the menu was small but the food was good. Had a Caesar salad, which was dripping with fat. Good but far too greasy.
Good value. Good service in the reception. The room was ok but the soap and shower cream was wrong. I had no badge for room service in my room. A couple of collegues didn't get their rooms cleaned and towels changed even when asked for and the breakfast buffé wasn't that good. Nice hotel at a good price level but sadly too many small negative things to get a really good review.
Overall, we were quite happy with our stay, although the rooms were just average. Unfortunately it did not have a fridge, which would have been useful since we wanted to store a birthday cake. This was a little inconvenient. The reception staff were kind. While the hotel is located a bit outside of Stockholm, the connection to the city is convenient, with a bus stop only one minute away.nnThe biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. The buffet was often empty, and food was rarely restocked. Even when we asked, sometimes one to two hours before breakfast officially ended, we were told that there was nothing left. This gave the impression that the breakfast service was not well managed and really lowered the overall experience and standard of the hotel. With better attention to the breakfast, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable stay.
