Was going to take a blood test on my soon-to-be-two-year-old little guy... of course he was scared and nervous about what was going to happen, but in the lab there were three fantastic women from the staff, the best treatment we could have received. Grateful for those who work there!

Went to a very nice doctor who really examined me thoroughly. Imagine my surprise when I get home and see that she sent in a prescription for an eye ointment for an eye infection??? I had a pulse between 110 rest-160? Something must have gone wrong..

Last week I had surgery in Karlstad. Since I live near Sunne, I wanted the bandage on my neck changed.nIt was really necessary. Unfortunately, it was not possible in Sunne.nThe meaning is that I will go to Karlstad because you are not responsible for it and I also do not have an appointment.nI had bad experiences there already several times. You don't get quick help and it's almost impossible to get to a doctor if needed.nI don't know if you don't want to or can't?nIn this system, it's better if you don't get seriously ill.nI am really very disappointed!

Incredibly unwilling staff to help, I understand that it can happen at some point that it goes wrong, but they have a 100% margin of error or fobbing off and then it's something else. Over a year of hard time and more doctors.. still on page one they haven't gotten anywhere with anything. Pure disaster either they don't want to and it's bad or they can't and it's completely catastrophic
