Sushi Nära Mullsjö

We ordered take-away from Sushi Nära during our holiday in Sweden and it turned out to be some of the best sushi we’ve ever tried. The fish was so fresh and high quality and it looked stunning and was decorated beautifully with lots of different sauces and toppings in the boxes. Good value for money, and definitely worth a visit. We WILL be back if we ever go on holiday nearby again!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing.nNot because of the quality of the sushi, which is good, but due to the complete lack of respect for customer requests. I placed my order online and left my comments in Swedish using a flawless translator to make it easier for them to understand, as I already knew they didn’t speak English which is absurd. Despite this, my request for three extra containers of ginger was ignored for the second time. The first time, I thought it was a mistake, but now it’s clear it’s a deliberate choice.nWhen I arrived, I showed them the receipt, where my comment in Swedish clearly stated my request. Since I’m not Swedish, I had to ask other guests if someone could speak English to help me translate, so the staff could understand. Even then, they seemed irritated that I didn’t speak Swedish. I’d like to remind them all of them that Swedish is not the world’s primary language, is english, and it’s absurd that I even need to point this out.nWhen I finally, with the help of another customer, clarified my request, the staff irritably pointed out that there was already ginger in the dishes. If I, as a customer, ask for extra, your only job is to fulfill my request without showing irritation or being rude.nLater, I added another dish to my order, fully aware that this would incur an extra cost. Once again, there was no need to point this out in a rude manner. Courtesy should be a basic ingredient in all customer interactions and communication between people.nThey’ve now lost two regular customers who don’t hesitate to spend. A missed opportunity to demonstrate professionalism and kindness.

Had a train to catch in 20 min. They served us with 11 min to spare. Great and very fresh pokibowls and sushi. Definitely recommend!

The people that worked there were very nice and the food was also very good.. i think it looked very clean and good in the place soooo.. i think it counts as a very good place! Have a good day!
