Ten small plates served over the evening, each one a delight to the pallet. This place deserves a visit from Michelin.

This visit was extremely out of the ordinary, in a good way. It was really a world class gastronomic experience as other reviewers have noted. We were blown away by the attention to detail, the flavours of the dishes we had the 8 step menu, and the low key setting and plain professionalism and friendliness of the owners.nnWe stayed for one night and went for a swim in the nearby lake. Before dinner, we had a fresh gin rhubarb cocktail. Waking up to a glorious breakfast the day after was amazing.nnAll in all, the tasting menu and overnight stay actually felt underpriced, and me and my wife encourage everybody to go visit this summer.

Luxurious food in an unpretentious and lovely setting. The chef and the service have done a phenomenal job. Staying overnight in the B&B was a nice experience too. No luxury but welcoming, clean and cozy. Really luxurious breakfast with table service.nThanks for a really great weekend! We had such a good time that I completely forgot to take pictures.

We have known Ellinor and Ioan since their first time in Skorped, and have had several opportunities to enjoy Ioan's culinary art. A few days ago we finally visited Quarn, their new place – and wow, what an impression!nnIoan truly surpasses himself every time. It's like fireworks for the taste buds! He combines different ingredients in a way that becomes pure food joy. The very arrangement on the plate makes the experience complete.nnThe entire environment in the quarn is incredibly well thought out – from the furniture and lighting to the calm music in the background. Everything comes together in such a beautiful way.nnEllinor guides guests through the multi-course menu with both flair and great knowledge.nnWe can highly recommend the restaurant – truly an experience beyond the ordinary!
