So, if you want a camp site which is quite and relaxing come here. It is also near the beach.nnOne little setback:nThe Shower System works with old crown coins. 1 crown for 2 Minutes of warm water. You need to change the money, but if you do the math, this is cheaper than on other camp sites with similar systems.nnI enjoyed my stay a lot and would recomand this place at any time.
Great camping site along the coast, very friendly manager who checked us in even after closure, in August we paid 12 € for 2 Persons and a tentnI would highly recommend
The place is nicely quite a felt guilty bring my kind in to this enclave. Have a good shadow for tents a nice chill vibe.
Very nice small campsite within walking distance to Byxelkrok. Having stayed at a large and impersonal campsite two nights before, we really appreciated the owner coming to greet us and explain how to set up the caravan. We were a group that had rented two campsites next to each other and wanted to stand so we could have green space between us for table and grill and the owner happily helped us by letting us change places so we could stand as we wanted. It is a bit tight to get in between all the caravans and mobile homes but I understood that the owner would solve it by next summer.nnUsing tokens single crowns for the showers may seem a bit old-fashioned, but why change something that works? After having a system at a previous campsite where you load a card that you then have to swipe in order to get hot water in the shower, a system that did not work at all and we had to shower in cold water, we appreciated this system. However, there was not always hot water in the showers, but there were also notes saying that you might have to wait a little so that the water heater has time to fill up.nnThe toilets in the small service house, which we used the most, were good. The ones in the large service building worked, but the toilet seats didn't quite fit, which made it a bit uncomfortable.nnHad we stayed longer than one night, we would have liked to try ordering bread for breakfast, which I appreciated having the opportunity to do.nnThere were bikes to rent to easily cycle into Byxelkrok. There is a nice asphalted footpath and cycle path.nnA small playground is available for the children.nnWe hope that there will be more cottages so that we can return next summer. We love Byxelkrok and Tokenäs camping was experienced as cozy and familiar.
Sweden's best campsite in my opinion. Certainly there are some shortcomings, e.g. only cold water in the kitchen/dish room taps, but that is solved by having a hose with hot water, the service houses are old but always fresh and clean.nThe staff is super nice,nAnd the view all around is fantastic!nA cozy and quiet campsite that we return to every year.nVery affordable.
