Nice old lighthouse, founded 1893! You can climb up to the small gallery!
An interesting place to visit, but not overly so. A small lighthouse with a viewing platform. The biggest advantage is the ability to access a lower level with a good view, slightly higher, about 3 meters, than the ground you're on. Narrow concrete stairs with a metal railing lead to the top. Be careful not to fall or fall accidentally. It's a nice place, but not overly so. The surrounding area is very pleasant, however. Several paths lead to a small beach with fishing huts and, above the hill, an interesting windmill.
One of the smaller lighthouses located on the western side of Öland. The lighthouse gallery is accessible and can be used as a viewpoint.
If you're already there, you can afford this little detour and simply enjoy nature.
A small lighthouse in a beautiful location, nothing to go extra for but worth a visit if you are nearby.
