Trumpetarbostället

There are not many farms that have been able to follow as far back as the Trumpet residence. It is documented that already in the early 13th century it was owned by Archbishop Jacob Erlandsson. The residence was one of the 7 main farms in Billinge, and in 1654 they became King Fredrik III's farms. In 1693, the farm became the Trumpet residence during the Northern Scanian House Regiment. Enskifte began to be carried out in Billinge in 1815, but only in 1834 was the Trumpeter residence moved out of the village, and was given its current location at Hissbro. In 1887, the crown sold off a large part of its residences.
