Yesterday I brought in a Stiga Snowflake for repair and service. It was ready the same evening with very good results. I am very satisfied.

Agree with Hampus. Warning for this company! I understand that there can be a lot to do and it can be difficult to keep up, but then you have to turn down jobs and try to fix the ones you already have. Not being able to get a hold of anyone and not getting a response is frustrating. I picked up my Automower after three months. They said they had tried to fix it, it was never opened, the seal was intact.

What do you get if you combine the worst location and the worst customer service - Värmdö Maskin & Trädgård.nOut in some shady industrial area, a couple of little boys are playing company and don't answer emails or phones or show up when they're supposed to be open.nnThe lawnmower that was supposed to take two weeks is now six weeks later held hostage without being able to get hold of any channel or location.nnIf someone wants to start a competitor to this crappy company, there's a lot of money to be made in Nacka / Värmdö with a large, strong customer base and this company that delivers the worst possible customer experience.nnGo to another company if you need help!

Quick response and good help to do an examination on the mower, good and easy transport and fixed in a few days. Best service, highly recommended.
