Gustavsbergs vårdcentral

Worst exp in my life, and I come from the Balkan. If you need a doctor do not go Gustavsberg Vårdcentral. Its a birocracy only caring for paperwork. You are a number of less there and all they want is to charge you and move some papers from room to room.

Thanks to Dr Magdalena for everything, she is a commited Dr to her patients, always calling on time and finds time for the extra mile. The vårdcentral all in all has been a positive experience to me.

The women at the reception laughed at my best friend who wanted care so she started crying and left and called her mother, she is 23.

I was going to call in sick, but the answer I got was that there was no doctor, and no follow-up, also previously when the doctor needed to supplement, I was sent to the reception, but no answer

But what unpleasant ladies are sitting at the reception on the upper floor, even though I am a patient, I consider myself a customer. Not being able to answer a question politely is beyond criticism.
