Gast Café

The food here was simply wonderful! I ordered creamy rich eggs benedict, a fresh pastry and a perfect cappuccino. The next day I went back for another meal and couldn't use my card, and they even gave me a complimentary coffee and cardamon bun, both of which were excellent. Truly great food and great service, with very cozy decor to match!

A place with a lot of space, a calm vibe and decorated in a cozy way and taking care of every detail. Good value for money in food, although the tea was quite expensive considering that it didn't have much flavor. The tofu bowl was very large, which I loved, because it was delicious, the tofu was very crunchy and the ingredients were fresh and it was a little bit spicy. I would definitely go again :

As an American looking for a half decent brunch spot in Stockholm, I can gladly say that I found the ultimate brunch oasis. The menu checks all the boxes. The variety of food and drink options is second to none. You really can’t go wrong although, I have to give a special shout out to the Strawberry American Pancakes that just took top spot in my personal pancake hall of fame. Well done Gast Café. Keep up the good work!

Super delicious food! But what impressed me the most was the service: whilst we were eating, we figured we will each need an extra slice of bread. Asked one of the girls if we could have that and if we need to go and pay first it’s an order first kind of place, she told us not to worry, she’ll get the bread for us and we can pay after we are done eating - now that is a lovely customer service, knowing when to be flexible.nI would add more bread to the portions, it seems a lot of egg for a thin bread slice. Tasty, nevertheless

Updated!nnMay 16th 2024nI visited the cafe to have ice matcha latte but it’s extremely a small glass. In my opinion, it costs 55kr for that small size. Sorry, I really need to change my review after my second experience. Check the picture if someone wants to order ice drink.nnThis is a perfect cafe to visit in Stockholm city! It’s nearby Odenplan and T-central around 10-15 mins by walking. It’s very suitable to study and have fika with friends !!! Definitely worth it if you like cafe nn** Cannot use laptop before 2:00PM
