We arrived late one evening between Christmas and New Year with my 5 year old son, who had a severe cough. Based on previous experiences, I expected a wait of at least 4–5 hours to see a doctor. However, we were pleasantly surprised. A highly professional receptionist greeted us, conducted some initial tests, and promptly guided us to a room. The nurse arrived immediately, followed shortly by the doctor. Everyone was incredibly efficient and professional. Thank you!
This place does not function efficiently. I went there for my daughter to extract her ear ring and had to wait three hours just to get the doctor see her. Our que number was just 3 numbers behind the ongoing one. I can’t imagine such slow process to treat people who visit there for quick attention. I wish I don’t need to visit there again.
Amazing doctor, nurse and all other services. Although it takes sometime, but i got proper treatment. Thank you.
Soo bad emergency time waiting. I had kidney stone and came with ambulance and had to wait 5.30 hours to only get a test before meeting the doctor. Then discovered that i had covid. So now who should be prioriesed than me? And i did surgery then i had to wait again to just know what should i do when i go home.nnHowever the stuff are friendly and most of them cooperative. But the timing and priority so bad.nnAnd untill now i spent a round 23.5 hours. How a person like me should handle that without sleepingnnI understand that things take time and I met different doctors but for example after finishing why i wait another 3 hours to reply some questions so i can leavennAnd I can understand and execuse all if that BUT why for example It is hard to find COVID transportation car to take you out to home. And when they booked i heard system fall down and have to wait again . This car seems not have specific time. And ofcourse it should not be the hospital problems if there is lack in cars. But where the money paid for the taxes go then ?
Was there yesterday to invistigate possible fracture after a fall. Waiting line to triage was outside due to corona. I see lot of people complain about that, but that is stated clearly on their web page so I see no need to complain. Waiting time for triage was quite fast, ca 15 minutes, and then it only took about 15-20 more minutes to ge a bed, where I waited for a doctor maybey 1 hour. In an Emergency Room, this is not much, as they should and do prioritize according to how serious =is your life in danger? your injury is.Lot of people seem to confuse amount of pain and discomfort with seriousness from a medical perspective.
