It is a good 1 night overstay place with basic rooms of an old style. You don’t expect much for the price you pay.nThere are many lounges to sit in, a games room and a reasonable river view. The bonus is the access to the evening sandwich and tea/coffee facilities. Unfortunately the breakfast is very similar but it is open from 5am so you can get underway early.nIt was entirely person-less with a SMS entry code and key pickup. All worked well.nWe were able to lock our bikes in the lobby area.

Yes, it is aging building but excellent value for money. Clean and with breakfast and evening snack breakfast style. Near to ferry. 24/7 access.

Good breakfast. Also evening snack available. Peaceful location and rooms. About 20 minutes from Umeå city center. Sawmill history tour available to order next door. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Unusual shower facility in our room. Gameroom with darts, billiard not in excellent condition and table tennis. Short distance to harbour where from ferry travels back and forth between Umeå and Vaasa Finland. In considerin of a fact that this 2 star hotel, I find this guite good.

Not the cleanest one and quite everything is broken. In sauna has someone brought stones from outside and the pooltable is so dirty that it is unable to use. Definitely not recommending this place. Really expensive related that what you get.

Good breakfast and evening snack available here. Very peaceful hotel and location. Its only about 20 minutes from Umeå city center with car and around 40 minutes with busto bus stop around 10 walk from hotel. It is clean place but sometimes it takes minute for warm water to come to your tap. Game room: darts, billiard table and table tennis. Short walk around 2-4min to sea shore - nothing special but for picnic on rocks is cool : Also suroundings are historicaly portant to this regions development - you can find info sighns in area. Also we found few geocaches near, so walking around and resting is good
